This is year 1 of a 2 year agreement with MVEA. The current contract runs September 1, 2023-August 31, 2025.

This is year 1 in a 3 year agreement with Teamsters. The new contract runs 09.01.2023 - 08.31.2026

This is the second year of a three-year agreement with PSE Paraeducators which will expire August 31, 2024. Contract maintenance meetings are held monthly to address emerging questions and concerns.
The three-year agreement includes a wage reopener for the 2023-2024 school year. We are currently holding meetings for the wage reopener. The first meeting was April 25th, where MVSD presented comparison information and PSE 1 presented their financial ask. MVSD is reviewing and costing that request and will be ready to introduce a counterproposal on May 9th.

This is the first year of a three-year agreement which expires August 31, 2025. This union represents the following employee groups: custodial, maintenance, food service, security, transportation mechanics and technology). Personnel office staff and PSE leadership meet on an as-needed basis between bargaining years.

The two-year agreement with the Mount Vernon Principals Association will expire June 30, 2024. Administrative members represented by this agreement and the superintendent will ‘meet and confer’ during the 2023-2024 school year.
