Documentation from Mount Vernon School District School Board meetings has been migrated to a shared Google Drive in order to simplify the sharing process and expand searchability. 

You'll find the following documentation in the shared drive:

• Meeting Agendas: This information is published at least 24 hours prior to the start of each meeting and allows attendees to know which topics will be covered and in what order.
• Meeting Minutes: This information is published following the meeting and is a breakdown of how the meeting transpired.  While the minutes often reflect the structure of the agendas, the minutes will include more details on information presented, questions asked, answers to questions, and any other information that is brought up during opportunities for comment.
• Meeting Recordings: Because School Board meetings are held as a hybrid meeting, with the opportunity to view and participate remotely, it offers the ability both record and post these online events.  The recordings are stored here.
