The All School Video Project is coming April 8th!

The Goal: 1800 MVHS students in one three minute lip sync video.

The Plan: During Advisory on April 9th all Advisory groups will be dressed GREEN AND WHITE. You will be instructed to go to the main courtyard with a goal of getting yourself or into the gym to be part of the GRANE FINALE cheer SUPER SONIC!

Try to get yourself in front of the moving camera during the playing of the song "IT'S TRICKY"

The Outcome: To produce IN ONE TAKE ONLY! the coolest, most school spirited video in the Skagit and Island County. Competing against Burlington, Anacortes, Oak Harbor and Sedro Woolley. BRAGGING RIGHTS!

The excitement is building. Try to imagine 2,000 bouncey balls dropping from the top of New Main! 1,000 kids dancing in the main courtyard.

THIS IS GOING TO BE FUN!

APRIL 8TH

(Two one-hour rehearsals will be held April 6th and 7th at 2:15 p.m. Students signed up to do dialog and all others are welcome. (Students and teachers must attend one of both of the rehearsals.)

Spring Fling Tolo

The MVHS Spring Fling Tolo, sponsored by the Sophomore Class of 2012, will be held Friday, March 19 from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. in the MVHS Cafeteria. (Tolo means two things: girls can ask boys OR kids can come in groups of friends--the MORE, the merrier!) All proceeds go to the Sophomore Class of 2012 fund to support their class-sponsored events including graduation activities.

Tickets: Will be on sale Thursday, March 18 and Friday, March 19 during lunches (also at the door Friday, March 19). Price per ticket: $5 with ASB sticker; $7 without ASB sticker.

Pictures: Picture service opens at 8:15 p.m. and closes at 9:30 p.m. Students MUST purchase tickets in order to take pictures. Cost per page: $12. Layout choices: A) One 8x10, B) Two 5x7s, C) One 5x7 & Four Wallets, or D) Eight Wallets. Pictures by MVHS Yearbook staff.

Guests: Only current Bulldog students are allowed to attend the March Tolo.

Decorating Party: The sophomore class officers are required to help set up and take down, but they would love volunteer help. Most everything will be done ahead of time, we just need helpful hands to set up tables/chairs and place decorations. Decorating/set-up will occur from 2:30-3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 19. Students/parents may sign up with sophomore class advisor Troy Wright via email or by stopping by his room, OM-301. Community service hours given! Come one, come all!

Chaperones needed: Friday, March 19 from 7:15 to 11:15 p.m. Lots of great finger food for chaperones (and, as always, earplugs will be provided). Chaperone attire: casual.

Clean-up: If we could get ten helpers, it'll probably take half an hour(from 11:15 to 11:45-ish). While it's the sophomore class officers' duty to help clean up, they would love any help offered!

Parents who can help in any capacity are encouraged to contact sophomore class advisor Troy Wright, 428-6100, ext. 2031.

Thanks so much and GO BULLDOGS!!!
