This office is responsible for the management and coordination of the planning and development of District school buildings, support buildings and other related facilities.

Those responsibilities include:

• Developing and administering capital projects.
  
  
• Initiating and administering building renovation projects District-wide.
  
  
• Providing real property management.
  
  
• Providing assistance and recommendations to the Superintendent and Board of Directors in the process of selecting project architects, engineers, and value analysis firms and other consultants.
  
  
• Directing and representing the District's position in the Growth Management Act and policy for Impact Mitigation fees.
