Students MUST purchase dance tickets in order to take pictures. Sitting fee: $5, and then purchase pictures online through the Skagina Picture Website: http://www.mvhsskagina.com. Online, you can purchase as many prints as you’d like, in any size and quantity. You can even purchase pictures in the forms of mouse pads, mugs, key chains, t-shirts, etc… even a 40” banner! The sky is the limit!
Remember, doors to Prom close at 9:00pm.

Guest Forms:  All guests (non-Mount Vernon High School students) must be pre-approved by the administration.  Pick up your guest form in the Main Office.  All guest forms are due to Mr. Carlton in the Main Office by 2:30 on Tuesday, 4/24.

Directions to Eaglemont are available from Mr. Chilcoat and will be available at the ticket sales table during lunches Thursday, 4/26 & Friday, 4/27.  Directions are also available online at the MVHS Website.

Decorating Party: Saturday morning (April 28th) from 10am to noon. We need at least 15 student volunteers to help set up.  Most everything will be prepared ahead of time; we simply need helpful hands to set up tables/chairs and place decorations. Please sign up with junior class advisor, Mr. Chilcoat (OM 308), or with Ms. Lewis (AG 2). Community Service hours given happily! Come one, come all!

Chaperones Needed!!: Saturday, April 28th from 7:20pm - 11:15pm. Lots of great finger food for chaperones (and-as always- we'll provide earplugs). Chaperone Attire:  semi formal/Sunday's best.

Food Donations:  We could also save money for graduation if Junior Parents were willing to donate finger foods.  Meat/cheese trays, veggie and fruit trays and little sweets (like cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, brownies) are usually a really big hit.  The kids typically go out to dinner, so snack items are the best for this type of event.  Food can be dropped off at MVHS (Mr. Chilcoat) on Friday, 4/27 or at Eaglemont during decorating on Saturday, 4/28 from 10am-noon and/or anytime after 6pm.

Clean up:  The price of rental includes clean up, but we will need ten helpers to pack up flower vases as well as decorations belonging to the activities program & take them to the truck. It will take approximately 30 minutes to accomplish this task (11:15pm- 11:45ish).  While the junior class officers are required to help with this task, they welcome any adult volunteer help.

Parents who can help in any capacity are encouraged to contact junior class advisor: Mr. Chilcoat 428-6100 ext. 41152 or gchilcoat@mv.k12.wa.us
